The IEEKSl4416 Management Control System aims to facilitate students with the ability to explain and analyze the concept of management control systems and control processes which include the management function of Human Resources; Finance; Production; Marketing; and Non-Profit Organizations. Students will learn about the basic concepts of organizational control systems andmanagement as well as management control processes.
