The process of achieving the ISO 9001:2000 in Learning Materials Services
did not stop when the certificate has been awarded in March 2006. Achievement
of the certificate is only the beginning of continual improvement in the
management of learning material services. This can be done through the
mandatory Surveillance Audit wh ich must be conducted every six months since
the certificate of ISO 9001 :2000 for Learning Material Services was awarded .

The effort to attain ISO 9001 :2000 for Learning Material Services was only
the beginning . In 2006, UT planned to attain the standards of ISO 9001 :2000 for
