the research is the periodic revision of regional spatial planning
regulations, especially the implementation of built-up land
boundaries to reduce the development of built-up land around the
Martapura River. Efforts to increase the value of the sustainability
index of the Martapura river as many as 28 attributes of the lever
factor whose existence has a sensitive influence as input for the
management policy of The Martapura River, Banjarmasin City to
ensure sustainability status.
