               The Organizational Structure of Correspondence Education in Regular Institutions of Higher
               Learning






































               •  Management  System  and  Operation         are  under  the  leadership  of  hosting
                   Mechanism.  In  terms  of  management     schools  and  under  the  leadership  of
                   system,  correspondence  education  run   those  instituitions  that  have  them  set
                   by  institutions  of  higher  education  is   up.  The  local  education  authorities
