In the past, OUM has focused its research on learner-centred research titles focusing on
learner retention, learner’s perception on quality of services, at-risk learners (learners who
are at-risk not meeting the CGPA criteria for graduation. The research landscape has been
changing over the recent years to focus more on ODL, technology-enhanced education, and
in various academic areas. The following are the highlight under each of the identified niche
areas.
