PBIS4313 – Writing III (Edisi 2)

Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

The Writing III course/PBIS4313 is designed to provide opportunity for students of S1 English Education Program to develop the skills of English writing with the focus on essay writing. To improve the skills of English writing, the students need to understand the knowledge of related concepts that include elements of paragraph, elements of essay, and types of essays such as narration, description, exposition, and argumentation. To obtain the writing skills on various types of essay, the students need to read the description on related concepts, and the samples of essay. Moreover, the students should do the writing exercises including guide writing, outlining, and writing a complete essay based on outline. The students competence in writing is measured by a writing test in the form of essay held at the end of each semester.
