After completing this course, students are able to comprehend the scope and characteristics of human language, scientific characteristics, the basic concept and the scope of linguistics, linguistics theories (transformational and functional), phonetics, phonology, morphology, and syntax in language instructional. Students, therefore, are given an opportunity to explore those topics and are evaluated by written tests.
