Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

This Telematics Law Book aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of legal developments related to telematics in detail. Students will learn and discuss the scope of telematics law in a comprehensive manner, understand the jurisdiction and choice of cyber  law, study and analyze cyber-crime cases, e-commerce developments, study the legal aspects of engagement and proof, especially related to electronic evidence, domain names, review of the law on transfers of funds through electronic media, protection of copyrights in cyberspace and the development of copyrights in cyberspace and the development of telematics and its relation to national law in the framework of a legal-smart society. Mastery of  student learning outcomes is measured by formative tests, tutorial assignments, and end-of-semester exams.
