Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

This printed material of IEHKUM4201 aims to equip students to be able to explain state organizations, state institutions, and the dynamics of the scope of Constitutional Law. Students will study the meaning and sources of constitutional law, the form and structure of the state, vertical and horizontal government systems, and state institutions in Indonesia. The learning method for this course is through deepening the theory of constitutional law and comparison of other countries' legal systems. The achievement of learning outcomes is measured from given exercises and formative tests.
