\nBuku Materi Pokok (BMP) PANG4417 Kewirausahaan Produk Pangan ini membahas tentang langkah-langkah yang perlu disiapkan dalam mendirikan usaha bisnis pangan mulai dari aspek produksi, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, serta manajemen risikonya. Pada awal pembahasan, mahasiswa diajak terlebih dahulu untuk menggali potensi dan karakter seorang wirausaha, menggali ide usaha dalam bisnis pangan, dan menuangkannya dalam kanvas bisnis model. Mahasiswa juga diajarkan cara menyusun proposal kelayakan usaha bisnis pangan serta berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dalam menjual produk pangan.
