Dalam dunia yang terus-menerus menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan, seperti pandemi global dan ketidakpastian ekonomi, integrasi antara audit dan manajemen SDM menjadi sangat krusial. Audit, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan peraturan, menjadi penting dalam memastikan bahwa organisasi beroperasi secara efisien dan efektif. Di sisi lain, manajemen SDM fokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia organisasi, termasuk aspek perekrutan, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, dan pengembangan.
