lmplementasi bioteknologi pada pangan berbasis sayur sayuran dan buah buahan serta preparasi enzim dan PST yang digunakan sebagai agen biofermentasi; lmplementasi bioteknologi pada bahan pangan berbasis hasil perkebunan seperti kelapa, kopi, teh dan coklat; lmplementasi bioteknologi pada bahan pangan berbasis hasil ternak, dalam hal ini susu dan daging; dan lmplementasi bioteknologi pada bahan pangan berbasis produk perikanan, demikian juga terhadap teknik pengolahan yang dilakukan dan agen biofermentasi yang digunakan dalam implementasi bioteknologi masing-masing bahan pangan tersebut.<\/p>\r\n[\/av_textblock]\r\n\r\n[av_tab_container position=&#8217;top_tab&#8217;
